Harvey was hired to build three 35-unit apartment buildings (105 units total) on Candia Road in Manchester, including one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, and some with lofts.

The interior finishes of the new 6 North apartments include wood floors, stone countertops, custom cabinets, in unit washer & dryers, and stainless appliances. Some units have spiral staircases, and/or direct access to private outdoor space.

Take advantage of the luxurious clubhouse with state-of-the-art technology, gaming area, outdoor lounge area with grills, and attached full sized fitness center. The community also has a dog park on-site for residents.

As part of the approval for the 6 North Apartments project, the owner needed to install a new traffic light at the entrance, which meant coordinating approvals from both the State of NH Department of Transportation (DOT), and also the City of Manchester’s City Planning and Community Development Department.
