Harvey worked with TFMoran on a new millyard parking garage in downtown Manchester. The six-story parking garage provides 1,700 new parking spaces for Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) employees, which has filled a crucial need for the university as it continues to rapidly grow.

The millyard parking garage was constructed with Lansing Melbourne Group, a development group that Harvey has worked with on many projects.
