Harvey was hired by New England College to construct a new 18,500 square-foot performing arts center, entitled the Rosamund Page Putnam Performing Arts Center. Harvey worked with DSK | Dewing Schmid Kearns Architects + Planners.

The Putnam Performance Arts Center can be found adjacent to the John Lyons Center, an academic building that Harvey completed for New England College in August 2016.
