Working with Stratton Brook Associates, Harvey constructed a new medical office building in partnership with Catholic Medical center and Dartmouth- Hitchcock Clinic. Harvey provided preconstruction and construction management services to the team including development of multiple cost models for core building costs as well as projected costs for medical practices.
The building was constructed on the corner of a major Manchester intersection and across from the hospital’s emergency department and main entrances. Access to both the adjacent parking structure and the hospital was developed by bridging the medical office building to each access point including construction of a new 1000’ pedestrian walkway over McGregor Street.
The new facility is home to CMC’s administrative and financial team and Dartmouth-Hitchcock’s specialty services. Dartmouth-Hitchcock medical offices at the Notre Dame Pavilion offer specialty care departments and services for the greater Manchester community, and are home to Norris Cotton Center Center. As part of the Dartmouth-Hitchcock system, its providers are connected to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, New Hampshire’s internationally renowned and nationally ranked academic medical center, and Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock (CHaD). Additional programs and services located at the new building include: endocrinology; neurology; neurology sleep services; pulmonary medicine; and rheumatology.
